The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2026, held on 29 April 2026, has resolved to approve the payment of dividends from the operating results of 2025 to ordinary shareholders at the rate of Baht 0.30 per share. The Record Date for determining the shareholders entitled to receive the dividend is set for 8 May 2026. The dividend payment date is scheduled for 29 May 2026.
