Challenges
Airports are required to accommodate a growing number of passengers every year, yet still face limitations in infrastructure, space, and manpower. As a result, bottlenecks can easily occur at key touchpoints such as Check-in, Security Screening, and Passport Control.
Additionally, traditional operational data is often limited and incomplete, making it difficult to plan proactively or respond quickly to unexpected situations. The core challenge lies in transforming fragmented data into actionable insights that support smarter, more efficient airport operations.
