Project Overview

This project implements the INVOICE Software Suite, a comprehensive flight invoice management system designed to streamline and accelerate the airport invoicing process with speed and accuracy.

A key component is the INVOICE Handling Services, a web-based solution for ground handling staff (accessible via mobile and tablet). It enables staff to track and record all service tasks for each flight directly from their mobile devices in real time.

Challenges 

• Delays and errors: Traditional invoicing processes often involve manual entry or redundant data input, leading to slow operations and increased risk of mistakes.
• Lack of connectivity: No direct integration between ground operations and financial systems results in non-automated invoicing.
• Complex task tracking: Ground staff face difficulties monitoring required services per flight contract, which can lead to incomplete billing.

The INVOICE Handling Services solution offers the following features:

• Mobile-friendly: Accessible via Web Application on smartphones and tablets (iOS and Android).
• Ground Operations Management: Displays current flights based on user access rights. Groups and organizes tasks per contract for staff execution. Allows staff to record, edit, and confirm task completion.
• Data Accuracy Checks: Built-in validation to reduce errors. Users must verify and confirm final data entries.
• Automatic Integration: Direct connection to the INVOICE system for automated invoice generation.
• Data Export: Export data as Excel files for analysis and record-keeping.
