SKY Group has officially announced a landmark financial performance for the fiscal year 2025, reaching an all-time high in both total revenue and net profit. The company reported a total revenue of THB 10,248 million—a remarkable 52% increase—and a net profit of THB 773 million, representing a strong growth of 61% compared to the previous year. This historic success was driven by the surge in international passenger traffic during the high season, coupled with a robust order backlog of THB 24,399 million, which will ensure steady revenue recognition over the next 6–7 years.
Mr. Sitthidej Mayalarp, Chief Executive Officer of Sky ICT Public Company Limited (SKY), revealed that the “Aviation Technology as a Service” business model remains the group’s primary growth engine. This core segment grew in alignment with the flourishing tourism industry, particularly in the fourth quarter of 2025, where passenger traffic increased by approximately 5–10% year-on-year. This trend directly boosted revenue from airport-related services and major infrastructure projects, notably the Biometric Identity Verification systems, Common Use Passenger Processing Systems (CUPPS), and the Advance Passenger Processing System (APPS), all of which expanded significantly across 13 airports nationwide.
Looking ahead to the first quarter of 2026, SKY Group anticipates sustained growth momentum fueled by vibrant tourism activities, especially during the Chinese New Year holiday period. Mr. Sitthidej expressed confidence that the company will maintain its strong trajectory, supported by an extensive backlog that provides long-term financial stability. Furthermore, SKY continues to expand through specialized subsidiaries, including Metthier, a specialist in Smart Facility Management; Pro Inside Public Company Limited (PIS), a leader in integrated ICT System Integration (ICT-SI); and Sky CC, a contact center business leveraging Large Language Models (LLM) and AI to enhance its competitive edge.
To ensure sustainable long-term growth, SKY Group emphasizes a diversified revenue structure. This includes Concessions for long-term stability, Recurring Revenue from service-based contracts, and Project-Based income to mitigate risks. These strategies align with the Thai government’s infrastructure initiatives aimed at positioning Thailand as a regional “Aviation Hub.” With a commitment to professional expertise and comprehensive IT solutions, SKY continues to develop innovative Aviation Technology to support the national aviation industry and deliver seamless experiences for travelers worldwide.
