SKY Group Partners with Chulalongkorn University’s Faculty of Engineering to Develop Computer Engineers and Digital Technology Professionals for the Global Market
SKY ICT Public Company Limited, or SKY Group, a leading provider of information and communications technology and advanced security solutions, continues to reinforce its commitment to developing Thailand’s digital workforce. The company recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Bachelor of Engineering Program in Computer Engineering and Digital Technology (CEDT), Department of Computer Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University.
The collaboration aims to promote knowledge exchange, strengthen students’ technological capabilities, and bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world experience in the technology industry.
The MOU was signed by Khunying Jittipatthanakulchai, Chief Service Officer of SKY ICT Public Company Limited, and Associate Professor Dr. Nopdanai Ajavakom, Associate Dean and Acting Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University.
The signing ceremony was witnessed by Assistant Professor Dr. Attawith Sudsang, Head of the Department of Computer Engineering at Chulalongkorn University, and Kraisorn Bupphaphasom, Senior Manager of Internal Communications and Culture at SKY ICT Public Company Limited.
Through this collaboration, students will have opportunities to enhance their skills through special lectures, workshops, and coaching sessions led by experts from SKY Group. Drawing on the company’s expertise in ICT infrastructure, digital platforms, and advanced technologies—including Smart Airport solutions, artificial intelligence, Big Data, biometrics, and the Internet of Things (IoT)—the program will expose students to real-world industry challenges across software development, data analytics, cybersecurity, cloud and network technologies, and aviation technology.
These learning opportunities will help students strengthen their technical expertise, gain practical experience, and develop a deeper understanding of complex technology systems. The collaboration will also prepare them to become highly capable computer engineers and digital technology professionals who can meet the evolving needs of the future workforce and compete confidently in the global market.
