Message from Chairman
Dear Shareholders, Investors, and Stakeholders,
2025 marked another significant year for Sky ICT Public Company Limited (the “Group”) in advancing our commitment to developing information and communication technology (ICT) solutions that effectively meet the needs of both public and private sector clients. At the same time, we have continued to strengthen Thailand’s role as a regional technology hub through strong and efficient operations amid a rapidly evolving economic and technological landscape.
During the past year, the Group delivered outstanding and satisfactory performance, particularly in the Aviation Tech as a Service business, which has been a key driver of revenue and growth. Despite ongoing fluctuations in the recovery of international tourist arrivals, domestic passenger traffic both inbound and outbound continued to increase. This trend supported sustained growth in revenue from airport technology systems and contributed significantly to the Group’s overall revenue expansion.
In addition, the Group’s subsidiaries play a crucial role in strengthening and diversifying our business structure. These include Pro Inside Public Company Limited, which provides comprehensive ICT solutions encompassing consulting, design, development, distribution, installation of hardware and software, as well as maintenance services for integrated technology systems, including security systems and CCTV solutions for both public and private sectors; Metthier Co., Ltd., a key driver in expanding into the private sector through smart property management services, continuously growing its customer base with professional personnel and world-class technology; and Sky CC Co., Ltd., which specializes in customer service management across both digital and traditional channels. Each subsidiary possesses specialized expertise and operates in alignment under the direction and governance of the parent company, collectively supporting the Group’s stable and sustainable long-term growth.
The Group’s strong business fundamentals are further reflected in its backlog exceeding THB 23,000 million, which will be progressively recognized as revenue over the next 6–7 years.
This provides strong visibility and continuity of earnings growth in the long term. In terms of corporate governance and sustainability, the Group has continued to receive recognition from external organizations. In 2025, the Company achieved an “Excellent” CGR rating (5 stars) and received the highest SET ESG Ratings of “AAA.” These achievements reflect our systematic, transparent, and standardized integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, positioning us as one of the leading technology companies recognized in the Thai capital market and underscoring our commitment to creating long-term value for all stakeholders.
The Group remains firmly committed to good corporate governance, transparency, and respect for human rights, while continuously developing the organization in line with best practices across economic, social, and environmental dimensions. This ensures that business growth goes hand in hand with delivering sustainable benefits to society and communities, as well as meeting the expectations of institutional investors and shareholders both domestically and internationally.
From a strategic perspective, the Group places strong emphasis on advancing cutting-edge technologies, enhancing human capital capabilities, and strengthening strategic partnerships to elevate service quality in line with customer needs, both quantitatively and qualitatively. We also focus on diversifying our revenue streams, including project-based revenue, recurring revenue, and concession-based revenue, to enhance financial stability and mitigate long-term revenue risks.
As Chairman, I am deeply proud of the Group’s achievements and growth throughout 2025. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to our shareholders, investors, employees, customers, and partners for their continued support and confidence in our vision and strategy. In the years ahead, the Group will continue to move forward with strength and determination toward becoming a regional technology leader, while maintaining excellence and sustainability in all aspects of our operations.
